Job description

We are looking for a creative and motivated Social Media Executive to support the growth of our Combat Sports and Bedding/Lifestyle brands. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in Meta and TikTok management, with a specific focus on TikTok Shop and Live Campaign execution . You will be responsible for driving engagement through scheduled content and real-time live experiences, often collaborating with influencers to bring our brands to life.

We are looking for a creative and motivated Social Media Executive to support the growth of our Combat Sports and Bedding/Lifestyle brands. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience managing Meta and TikTok and creating engaging, performance-driven content across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Social Media Management: Handle daily posting, scheduling, and management of Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok accounts
  • Content Creation: Write engaging captions and suggest content ideas (Reels, UGC-style posts, short-form videos, carousels)
  • Content Planning: Assist in building and executing the monthly content calendar
  • Community Management: Monitor comments, DMs, and mentions, and engage with the audience in a timely and brand-appropriate manner
  • Audience Management: Adapt content tone and messaging for both Combat Sports and Lifestyle/Wellness audiences
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay up to date with social media trends, formats, and platform updates and suggest new content ideas
  • Performance Tracking: Track post performance (reach, engagement, growth) and share insights with the team
  • Team Coordination: Work closely with design and performance teams to ensure smooth execution of content
  • 3-4 years of experience in social media management
  • Strong working knowledge of Meta platforms and TikTok
  • Good understanding of content formats (Reels, short-form video, carousels, UGC)
  • Basic understanding of social media analytics and performance tracking
  • Strong communication and presentation skills (able to clearly explain ideas, content plans, and performance)
  • Good writing and copy sense for captions and social content
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple pages and content calendars
  • Comfortable collaborating with designers, performance marketers, and other teams
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English
