Job description
Taylor Management is looking for a proactive and skilled Community Manager to oversee the operations of a residential community under our management. In this role, you will work closely with homeowners, board members, and vendors to ensure the community is well-maintained and residents’ needs are met promptly and professionally. Salary range is $75-80k
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations and administration of assigned communities.
- Serve as primary liaison between homeowners, board of directors, and vendors.
- Prepare budgets, financial reports, and facilitate monthly financial monitoring.
- Coordinate maintenance, landscaping, and capital projects to uphold community standards.
- Organize board meetings, prepare meeting materials, and assist with governance compliance.
- Enforce community rules and regulations, and resolve resident concerns efficiently.
- Promote resident engagement through community events and communications.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years experience in community association or property management.
- Strong knowledge of HOA laws, governing documents, and industry best practices.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Professional certifications such as CMCA, AMS, or PCAM preferred.
