Job description

Doryssa Hotels & Resorts is a leading hospitality group based in Samos, Greece, operating a diverse portfolio of hotels, resorts, restaurants, and lifestyle concepts. Our collection includes distinctive hospitality brands that combine authentic Greek hospitality, contemporary design, and exceptional guest experiences.

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to join our team.

The position is based in Athens , with regular travel to Samos throughout the operating season to support the group's hotels, restaurants, and commercial activities.

Reporting to Senior Management, the Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing the group's marketing strategy, strengthening brand awareness, supporting commercial objectives, and ensuring consistency across all customer touchpoints.

This is a full-time position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies across all Doryssa Hotels & Resorts brands and business units.
  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee annual marketing and communication plans.
  • Manage brand positioning and ensure consistency of messaging across all channels.
  • Collaborate closely with hotel operations, sales, revenue, HR, and F&B teams to support business objectives.
  • Coordinate and supervise external agencies, photographers, videographers, designers, and content creators.
  • Manage digital marketing activities, including website content, SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media presence.
  • Monitor online reputation and support initiatives that enhance guest engagement and brand perception.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.
  • Develop promotional campaigns, seasonal activations, partnerships, and special projects.
  • Manage marketing budgets and monitor campaign performance through data analysis and reporting.
  • Support recruitment branding and employer branding initiatives in collaboration with the HR team.
  • Oversee the production of marketing collateral, presentations, advertisements, and promotional materials.
  • Visit properties regularly to ensure alignment between brand standards and on-property execution.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a Marketing Manager or Senior Marketing role.
  • Previous experience within hospitality, tourism, lifestyle, luxury, or service-oriented industries will be considered a strong advantage.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, social media strategy, content marketing, and performance marketing.
  • Experience managing external agencies and cross-functional projects.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Greek and English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing-related platforms and tools.
  • Ability to travel frequently to Samos during the operating season.
