Job description

Our Concierge team is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and coordinating the smooth guest arrival and departure experience, as well as providing friendly and knowledgeable service to all hotel visitors.

Reporting to the Front Office Manager with regular access to the Executive Assistant Manager, the Assistant Manager Concierge will lead a team of passionate Concierge, porters & valets to ensure all guests are provided with a personalised and memorable experience.

What the role is all about:   

  • Overseeing the daily operations of the Concierge Department
  • Leading and developing a passionate guest focused team
  • Providing exceptional customer service in all guest interactions
  • Providing recommendations and directions to hotel Guests and visitors
  • Driving and parking cars as required

We're looking for someone to bring their personality, passion and energy to our hotel. The ideal candidate will also possess the following:

  • An obsession with providing excellent guest service
  • An in-depth and current knowledge of Brisbane CBD and surrounding areas
  • Experienced in recruiting, training & leading a passionate team
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • High standard of personal presentation
  • Experience in a similar position
  • The flexibility to work various shifts on a rotating roster including evenings, weekends and public holidays
  • You must meet the legal requirements to work in Australia
  • Hold a valid QLD drivers licence.
