As our new Business Develop er , you will play a key role in generating new business opportunities and supporting the sales organization in expanding our customer base. You will help define prospecting strategies, engage with decision-makers, and communicate the value of our technology solutions and services. Working closely with Sales and Marketing teams, you will contribute to the development of existing customer relationships, opportunity management, and sustainable business growth while continuously expanding your knowledge of our solutions and value proposition.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal teams and Sales to create compelling commercial messaging, improve lead qualification, and drive opportunity conversion
- Develop and execute prospecting strategies aligned with business objectives
- Identify and generate qualified opportunities through calls, email campaigns, social media, and other digital channels
- Support the growth of existing customer relationships through proactive engagement
- Present and communicate the full value proposition of our solutions and services
- Assist in the planning and execution of webinars, events, and marketing activities for prospects and customers
- Maintain accurate records of activities, opportunities, and pipeline progression within the CRM
What we need to see from you
- Experience using CRM platforms and digital prospecting tools will be advantageous
- Understanding of B2B sales environments
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage and connect with prospects across multiple channels
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Proactive commercial mindset with a results-oriented approach, combined with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Interest in technology and willingness to continuously learn
