As Project Manager / DevOps Manager you will be accountable for the end-to-end lifecycle of SAP FI services , combining project delivery, service ownership, and DevOps practices. You will ensure that SAP FI solutions are delivered efficiently, operated reliably, and continuously improved , aligned with global finance processes and transformation goals. You will serve as the primary interface between Finance, the SAP Center of Excellence, and IT Services, ensuring both operational stability and continuous innovation.

- Own SAP FI service lifecycle ( build, run, improve ) including SLAs, incidents, and performance
- Lead Shape+ SAP FI delivery (S/4HANA transformation, rollouts, enhancements)
- Establish DevOps model (CI/CD, automation, continuous delivery)
- Ensure governance, audit compliance, and financial process integrity
- Act as single point of accountability bridging Finance, SAP CoE, and ITS
- Drive service performance, cost transparency, and continuous improvement
Ready to embark on the journey? Here’s what we are looking for:
- Expertise in SAP FI, S/4HANA and SAP system integration
- Experience with DevOps tools & practices (Jira / Confluence, transport management, automation)
- Familiarity with ITIL / ITSM frameworks and service management tools and agile projects and project management practices
- Understanding of SAP delivery tools (e.g., Solution Manager / Cloud ALM)
- Strong end-to-end ownership mindset (“build & run”) and stakeholder management (Finance, CoE, ITS, vendors)
- Ability to balance operational stability vs. transformation speed
