IT Business Application Compliance Lead – Supply Chain Management

About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated Business Application Compliance Lead (SCM) to drive governance, risk, and compliance across our Supply Chain Management landscape. In this role, you will take end-to-end ownership of the SCM control framework, ensuring that systems, processes, and controls are effectively designed, implemented, and continuously improved in line with internal policies and regulatory requirements (including JSOX, GITC, and Segregation of Duties). Acting as a key interface between business, IT, and audit, you will translate complex compliance requirements into practical, scalable solutions. You will play a critical role in strengthening the control environment and ensuring audit readiness across a complex, international ecosystem. This is a high-impact role that goes beyond traditional compliance — you will directly influence risk exposure, audit outcomes, and the integrity of critical SCM processes and systems.
