  • Support CI team autonomy by streamlining execution logistics and minimizing operational disruption.
  • Facilitate communication between CI team and operations to ensure clarity of scope, timing, and impact.
  • Monitor CI execution activities in the field to ensure safety, compliance, and operational readiness.
  • Identify and escalate potential conflicts or risks related to CI work execution.
  • Assist in documenting CI outcomes, lessons learned, and feedback from operations.
  • Ensure CI work aligns with established site procedures, including Principal Hazard Management Plans (PHMPs) and Principal Control Plans (PCPs).
  • Act as a point of contact for CI-related isolations and operational coordination during execution.
  • Support CI readiness by verifying equipment access, operational constraints, and permit sequencing.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement and operational ownership of CI initiatives.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in this processing plant environment, with strong familiarity with operational workflows and frontline execution.
  • Strong understanding of permit-to-work systems, isolations, and contractor management.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of site-specific procedures, including PHMPs (Principal Hazard Management Plans) and PCPs (Principal Control Plans).
  • Experience coordinating with safety and training departments on compliance and onboarding.

  • Strong communication and coordination skills across teams and departments.
  • Detail-oriented with strong recordkeeping and documentation habits.
