Job Summary
Seeking an experienced Vice President to lead regional growth, client relationships, and business operations within a technology and digital services environment. The role includes full P&L ownership, strategic account management, market expansion, team leadership, and driving complex technology services engagements.
Location: Florida or North Carolina
Key Responsibilities
Business & Market Leadership
Own full P&L responsibility, including revenue growth, margins, forecasting, and delivery quality.
Develop and execute regional growth strategies.
Build a balanced portfolio of mid-market and enterprise clients.
Drive pipeline growth, account planning, and business development initiatives.
Client & Account Management
Own and expand strategic growth accounts.
Establish and maintain executive-level client relationships.
Serve as a trusted advisor and escalation point for key engagements.
Lead complex pursuits, commercial negotiations, and solution strategies.
Leadership & Operations
Coordinate sales, consulting, and delivery teams to achieve business objectives.
Partner with industry-aligned business units to identify and expand opportunities.
Lead forecasting, risk management, and operational reviews.
Build and mentor high-performing leadership teams.
Foster a culture of accountability, growth, and collaboration.
Market Presence
Develop strategic partnerships with industry organizations and business networks.
Represent the organization at client meetings, partner events, and industry forums.
Strengthen regional brand presence and ecosystem relationships.
Mandatory Experience
Experience leading a Professional Services, Digital Services, Technology Services, or Consulting business.
Full P&L ownership experience managing a minimum $30M+ business portfolio.
Proven track record driving revenue growth and business expansion.
Experience selling and delivering technology-enabled services.
Strong background integrating sales, consulting, and delivery functions.
Experience managing strategic enterprise accounts.
Strong financial management, forecasting, and margin optimization experience.
Demonstrated success building and leading high-performing teams.
Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
Prior Professional Services firm experience is required.
