The Florie’s Cocktail Server is responsible for providing exceptional food and beverage service, with a focus on cocktail and bar offerings, within Florie’s signature restaurant. This role ensures guests receive attentive, knowledgeable, and personalized service throughout their dining experience. This position is part of the Food & Beverage team, reporting to Restaurant Management Team.
What you will do:
Provide exceptional table-side and bar service, ensuring a seamless and elevated guest experience
Demonstrate strong knowledge of cocktails, wine, spirits, and menu offerings, making recommendations tailored to guest preferences
Take and deliver food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
Maintain a polished and professional presence while engaging with guests
Support the bar and service teams to ensure timely and consistent service execution
Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests or concerns
Ensure cleanliness, organization, and proper set-up of service areas
Comply with all health, safety, and alcohol service regulations
Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house teams to deliver a cohesive experience
Contribute to maintaining Five-Star service standards in a high-end restaurant environment
What you bring:
2–3 years of serving experience in a luxury hotel, resort, or fine dining restaurant
Strong knowledge of food & beverage, including wine, cocktails, and spirits
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Professional presentation and strong attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Ability to work indoors and outdoors as required
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences
