Overview WELCOME TO SITA At SITA, we keep airports moving, airlines flying smoothly, and borders open. Our technology and communication innovations power the success of the global air travel industry. You’ll find us in 95% of international airports, working closely with over 2,500 transportation and government clients. Each partnership brings unique challenges, and we thrive on delivering fresh solutions and cutting-edge tech to keep operations running like clockwork. We don’t just move the world forward—we’re proud to be recognized as a Great Place to Work® by 79% of our employees and certified in most of our growing locations. Here, we feel empowered, supported, and inspired to grow. ABOUT THE ROLE & TEAM As a Senior Campaign Marketing Manager, you will translate SITA's strategic messages into organised, measurable, multi-channel campaigns that reach the right people at the right time and move them toward a commercial conversation. This role owns the campaign system: the annual calendar, campaign briefs, channel mix, activation plan, regional alignment, and the measurement framework that connects marketing to the pipeline. You work in close partnership with the Creative Content & Storytelling manager, who develops the narrative and creative idea behind each campaign. Your distinct contribution is the architecture and the commercial rigour: you decide who the campaign reaches, through which channels, with what timing, and how success is measured. Together, you ensure every campaign has both a story worth telling and a plan that makes it land. WHAT YOU’LL DO Campaign Architecture & Brief Development Own the design of SITA’s integrated campaign system, including the annual campaign calendar and end-to-end campaign architecture aligned to business priorities. Develop and lead campaign briefs that define objectives, target audience, channel mix, content requirements, timelines, budgets, and success metrics, ensuring clarity and alignment across all stakeholders Act as the campaign architect, ensuring every campaign is strategically sound, commercially grounded, and executable across functions (creative, digital, brand, Geo) Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Design and lead ABM programs targeting high-value accounts (e.g. airports, airline groups, government agencies, ground handlers) with tailored, precision-led campaigns Partner with commercial leadership to define priority account lists, orchestrate account-specific activation, and track engagement at account level to drive meaningful commercial conversations Paid Media Planning & Management Own the global paid media approach across channels (search, display, LinkedIn, programmatic, print, sponsorships), defining the optimal channel mix per campaign Manage agencies and platforms while ensuring investment is allocated to the highest-impact audiences and moments, maximizing marketing ROI Drive continuous optimisation — adopting a test-and-learn approach based on performance data, ensuring campaigns are actively refined rather than “set and forget” Regional Alignment & Geo Activation Act as the bridge between global campaign strategy and regional (Geo) marketing teams, ensuring consistent yet locally relevant execution across all markets Enable regions with campaign assets, playbooks, and guidance, while capturing learnings from Geo execution to strengthen future global planning Campaign Measurement & Commercial Reporting Own the performance framework, including KPIs, attribution models, and reporting cadence connecting campaign activity to pipeline and revenue impact Sales & Commercial Enablement Serve as the primary interface between marketing and commercial teams, ensuring campaigns are understood and supported with enablement materials (e.g. conversation guides, one-pagers, email sequences) Track adoption and effectiveness of campaign assets within the commercial organisation, feeding insights back into campaign design to continuously improve impact Qualifications ABOUT YOUR SKILLS Proven ability to define and execute end-to-end integrated B2B campaign strategies, from insight development through to performance evaluation 8-10 years of Marketing experience with strong commercial acumen and focus on driving measurable business impact and ROI Advanced analytical capabilities, including interpretation of campaign data, attribution models, and performance dashboards Demonstrated expertise in managing multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital and offline) Experience delivering Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programmes targeting high-value accounts Hands-on experience with paid media planning and execution (e.g., LinkedIn, programmatic, print, sponsorships) Proficiency with marketing automation platforms and integration with CRM and pipeline management tools Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams (creative, content, digital, brand, commercial) Ability to operate effectively within a global, matrixed organisation and manage multiple priorities Experience aligning global campaign frameworks with regional/geo execution requirements Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to develop clear briefs and drive alignment Professional fluency in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills suitable for a global business environment WHAT WE OFFER We’re all about diversity.
