Working Location : Ngau Tau Kok, Hong Kong
Working Hours : 5 days per week with 42.5 work hours, during 8:00 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. on Monday to Saturday including public holidays .
YOUR TASKS
- Work in Customer Service Tracing team and provide high-quality service to customers.
- Handle shipment tracing, coordinate with internal departments and overseas stations to resolve tracing enquires and provide timely updates to customers.
- Manage customer enquiries and complaints and provide appropriate solutions in a professional manner.
- Work with team members to achieve overall Customer Service performance standards and targets.
YOUR PROFILE
- Post-secondary education (English & Chinese passed in HKCEE/ HKDSE or equivalent)
- More than 1 year’s customer service experience, preferably in logistics industry, call centre experience is an advantage
- Customer-oriented with good communication and telephone skills
- Good problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated, independent and able to work under pressure
- Good team spirit and open-minded
- Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese, knowledge in Mandarin is an advantage
- Proficient PC skills, especially in MS Excel
- Fresh graduates of Higher Diploma or Diploma with part-time Customer Service experience will also be considered
