As a Talent Acquisition Associate, you will play a pivotal role in attracting and selecting top talent to join our organization. Within our Internal Firm Services practice, you will focus on identifying and hiring individuals who align with our values and contribute to our success. As an Associate, you will be driven by curiosity and reliability, contributing to projects while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will engage with diverse stakeholders, learning to build meaningful connections and manage various challenges.
In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Manila, you will collaborate with subject matter specialists and project teams to strategize effective ways to locate, assess, and train employees, aligning with market developments and firm strategy. You will be expected to take ownership of your development, appreciate diverse perspectives, and adopt habits that sustain performance. By actively listening and asking questions, you will gather information to analyze facts and discern patterns, building your commercial awareness and understanding of how the business operates. Responsibilities
- Collaborating with project teams to strategize effective recruitment and talent acquisition methods
- Utilizing applicant tracking systems to streamline candidate management and sourcing processes
- Conducting behavioral interviews to assess candidate alignment with organizational values
- Engaging with stakeholders to understand recruitment needs and provide tailored solutions
- Managing end-to-end recruitment processes, from candidate sourcing to onboarding
- Implementing recruitment strategies to attract top talent and enhance team capabilities
- Coordinating with vendors to optimize recruitment resources and support
- Gathering and analyzing data to identify patterns and improve recruitment outcomes
- Adapting to diverse client and team environments to deliver consistent quality work
- Building a personal brand through continuous learning and professional development
What You Must Have
- Bachelor level degree educated preferable in a field related to Human Resources of equivalent
- At least 1 to 3 years of experience in Human Resources preferably in a professional services firm
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
- At least one of the following: Human Resources certification (e.g. SHRM, PHR)
- Utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems for efficient recruitment processes
- Excelling in behavioral interviewing techniques to assess candidate fit
- Demonstrating skills in candidate sourcing and management

- Managing vendor relationships to optimize recruitment strategies
