As a Talent Acquisition Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in attracting and selecting top talent to join our organization. Within our Internal Firm Services practice, you will focus on identifying and hiring individuals who align with our values and contribute to our success. This role involves collaborating with subject matter specialists and project teams to strategize effective ways to locate, assess, educate, and train employees, in line with market developments and firm strategy.
As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client connections and learn how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and enhancing your skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality outcomes. Responsibilities
- Managing end-to-end recruitment processes to attract and select top talent aligned with organizational values
- Utilizing applicant tracking systems to streamline candidate management and enhance recruitment efficiency
- Conducting behavioral interviews to assess candidate suitability and fit within the organization
- Collaborating with stakeholders to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies
- Sourcing candidates through various channels to build a diverse talent pool
- Screening candidates to identify those who meet the required qualifications and competencies
- Engaging with vendors to optimize recruitment processes and resources
- Building meaningful relationships with internal stakeholders to understand and anticipate recruitment needs
- Navigating complex situations to deliver quality recruitment outcomes and support organizational growth
- Upholding professional standards and the firm's code of conduct throughout the recruitment process
What You Must Have
- Bachelor level degree educated preferable in a field related to Human Resources of equivalent
- At least 3 years of experience in Recruitment preferably in a professional services firm
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

- At least one of the following: Human Resources certification (e.g. SHRM, PHR)
- Utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems for efficient recruitment processes
- Demonstrating proficiency in Behavioral Interviewing techniques
