What you will do in this role: Our Residential Services Aide (RSA) assists the clinical team in providing non-clinical care and services to our consumers/patients. RSA's provide supervision and encouragement with grooming care, maintaining a clean and orderly environment, and assist and engage patients to attend/participate in activities. The RSA may assist with facility health programs and participate in care plan conferences.

Residential Care Associate: officially we call this job an RSA, but in other centers it may be called a Caregiver or Nurse Assistant.
What we need from you:
- Experience with the memory care and mental health population
- CNA training is a plus but not required
- Must be 21 years or older
- Must have a high school diploma (or GED), and be able to pass a pre-employment physical and criminal background check.

This center is managed by TRANSITIONAL CARE MANAGEMENT. We currently provide comprehensive management services to several inpatient healthcare centers throughout Northern IL & the Chicagoland area. These settings include Long-term Care Skilled Nursing (SNFs), Short-term Care Rehabilitation, Intermediate Care (ICFs), and Behavioral Health Service (SMHRFs) centers.
