As a Welcome Ambassador you will be working together with the concierges to create fab experiences for the guests and you will be the first point of contact. As a Bellman, you ensure guests feel comfortable and well taken care of from the moment they arrive in their room until departure. You play an important role in delivering a smooth and personalized guest experience.As a Doorman, you are the first point of contact at the hotel entrance. You ensure every guest receives a warm welcome and that the entrance area is safe, clean, and well-organized at all times.What will you do?

• Welcome guests at the hotel entrance in a friendly and professional manner.
• Assist guests with their luggage upon arrival and guide them to the reception.
• Open doors and assist guests with entering and exiting vehicles.
• Monitor the entrance, driveway, and lobby, ensuring they are clean, safe, and presentable.
• Coordinate traffic flow (taxis, private car
