Job description
A fast-growing, tech-enabled cross-border eCommerce logistics platform is expanding its commercial team. The business partners with global marketplaces and leading strategic investors, and provides a unified system to help sellers manage international warehousing, forward fulfillment, and returns processing through a single interface.
What You Will Do
- Drive new business growth across Hong Kong and Mainland China by identifying, pursuing, and closing high-impact opportunities.
- Build and nurture strategic relationships with merchants, logistics providers, eCommerce platforms, and key ecosystem partners.
• Lead partnership conversations end to end, including commercial negotiations and contract execution. Conduct regular client and partner visits in Hong Kong and Mainland China to deepen relationships and accelerate growth.
• Partner closely with Product, Operations, and Customer Success to deliver smooth onboarding and successful partnership rollouts.
• Track market trends, competitor moves, and customer needs to uncover new routes to growth and product opportunities.
• Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, conferences, and networking activities. Own and maintain a robust sales pipeline and consistently deliver against growth targets.
• Create compelling business proposals, presentations, and partnership plans tailored to prospective clients and partners.
• Support additional business development initiatives as assigned by management.
What You Will Need
- Higher Diploma, Associate Degree, Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent practical experience.
- 3–5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Partnerships, Account Management, or a related commercial role.
• Strong understanding of the Hong Kong market; experience working with Mainland China clients or partners is a strong plus.
• Exposure to cross-border eCommerce, logistics, supply chain, SaaS, or adjacent industries is an advantage.
• Demonstrated ability to originate new opportunities and grow strategic partnerships.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.
