We are looking for a proactive and curious professional to support the deployment and continuous improvement of the Youth Access Prevention (YAP) program across multiple markets. In this role, you will coordinate activities related to the rollout of new YAP tools, support KPI reporting processes, and help ensure consistent utilization of YAP procedures across different channels and markets. You will work closely with global and local stakeholders, providing operational and administrative support to ensure smooth project execution. This position is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills, a can-do attitude, and an eagerness to learn within a dynamic, multinational environment. Long-term collaboration and personal development are key priorities for this role.

YOU WILL

  • Support the deployment of new Youth Access Prevention (YAP) tools across multiple channels and markets.
  • Coordinate and monitor activities related to YAP KPI reporting and report refresh processes.
  • Verify and track YAP process utilization across different markets, identifying gaps and improvement opportunities.
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the Project Owner on an ad-hoc basis.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of project objectives.
  • Support project planning, communication, risk tracking, and change management activities where applicable.

YOU NEED

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Basic understanding of Project Management principles, including scope, schedule, risk, change, and communication management.
  • Ability to work independently and drive initiatives with limited supervision.
  • Strong ownership mindset, reliability, and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Curiosity, willingness to challenge the status quo, and openness to learn.
  • Flexibility, adaptability, and a proactive "can-do" attitude.

NICE TO HAVE

  • Exposure to change management initiatives.
  • Experience supporting marketing-related projects, such as global rollouts or product communication activities.
  • Previous experience working in a multinational, matrix organization.
  • Experience collaborating with global teams and stakeholders across different markets.
