The Position
As Account Executive at CM.com . you'll sell the full CM.com platform: both our messaging channels (SMS, RCS, WhatsApp, Voice, Email and more) and the engagement software and Agentic AI that sits on top of them. That combination is what sets CM.com apart, and it's what makes this a genuinely complex, consultative sale.
What you will do
Our story began with SMS and it still represents our largest global footprint. The market is moving fast, away from SMS-only communication towards richer, more interactive, multi-channel conversations. CM.com brings all major channels together in one platform: SMS, RCS, WhatsApp, Voice, Viber, Instagram & Facebook Messenger, Apple Messages for Business, WeChat, Line and Telegram.
Every year, billions of messages travel through our systems, from NL-Alert and DigiD, to email gateways powering global marketing campaigns, and telecom services behind solutions like BMW ConnectedDrive. But channels alone are only half the story.
The real differentiator is what happens on top of them. When businesses can leverage customer data and Agentic AI to automate and personalize every interaction, across every stage of the customer journey, messaging becomes a growth engine: That's the story you'll be telling.

In your first 12 months, you will

Take ownership of managing and growing your portfolio of clients
As Account Executive, you’ll drive growth in the Dutch market through new business sales and by bringing more value to our existing client base (currently over 4.000 Dutch clients). You will engage with key stakeholders like C-level Technology, Security, and Marketing managers. You’ll uncover their needs, solve their challenges, and show them how CM.com’s solutions can elevate their business.

Work closely with clients across diverse industries
You’ll collaborate with clients in sectors like Tech & Media, Logistics, Finance, Telco, Utilities, and Government, helping them adopt new communication channels such as Google Business Messaging, Instagram, Facebook, Voice, and more to stay ahead of market trends.

Improve processes using AI, automation, and smart tooling
You’ll identify opportunities to introduce conversational messaging solutions together with our engagement platform (service, marketing and agentic AI).

Make decisions fast, test ideas, and learn from what doesn’t work
You’ll deliver engaging presentations, product demos, and negotiate agreements that work for everyone involved, while continuously adapting to the rapidly evolving communication market.
