Job Summary

  • Drives and acts as the key stakeholder of the NAM Female business strategy in the following ways:
  • In partnership with the VP establishes near-term and long-term BU financial plans. 
  • Responsible for ownership and adherence to the GTM Milestones: Creation and execution of merchandising briefs and product line strategy
  • Wholesale account responsibility: Builds/maintains productive product lines that deliver to the business strategy
  • Sets development priorities by providing white space analysis generated through market intelligence, surveillance, and share reporting.  
  • Develops and assesses the wholesale and retail pricing strategies to drive value and profitability and presents to VP and Finance for approval
  • Provides cost targets to design/PD organization for requested seasonal development. 
  • Responsible for ongoing product line management, including setting style/sku level productivity targets, product portfolio management, and innovation pipeline maintenance. 
  • Supply chain and operations accountability: Closely partners with sales, demand planners, finance, and sourcing to achieve shipment and financial forecast. 
  • Navigates micro and macro trends and uses strategic thinking to evaluate solutions to create the most favorable outcome for the business and for Kontoor.
  • Attends key customer product line strategy and seasonal line release meetings and presents product line in role of segment/category expert. 
  • Engage Brand/Marketing on communication strategies to ensure alignment on GTM strategies and key elements of communication for new product launches within their category/lifestyle segment 
  • Assist Sales in the development of sales materials and presentations for key customers 
  • Responsible for demand forecast management/communication 
  • Responsible for female team management and development.  Works with team to develop individual development plans that align with the business strategy and personal development needs.
  • NAM Business Operations Owner: Acts as the point of contact for all business operations and reporting needs for SKU rationalization, inventory management reports, and excess/distress reports.

  • GTM & Line Management (briefs, SKU Rationalization, white space analysis, development collaboration, costing targets, cost engineering)
  • Operational Management – supply chain oversight and cross-functional partnership  
  • New Business (new accounts, new item set-up, presentations, white space analysis)
  • Direct Reports Management & Development
  • Brand Coordination (seasonal collaboration on presentation material, on-product ticketing, photoshoots)
