  • Collaborate with Channel Partners, AWS, Red Hat, VMware, and other strategic ecosystem partners to advance opportunities and drive technical wins.
  • Support pipeline generation through customer events, field marketing activities, webinars, technical workshops, and industry conferences.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to customers, helping them navigate cloud-native modernization and Kubernetes adoption initiatives.
  • Provide technical competitive positioning and articulate Kasten's differentiation within the market.
  • Deliver feedback from customers and partners to Product Management, Engineering, and Leadership teams to influence roadmap priorities and product enhancements.
  • Maintain deep technical expertise across Kubernetes, cloud-native platforms, cloud infrastructure, and data resilience technologies.

What You'll Bring

  • Strong experience supporting enterprise software, cloud, infrastructure, cybersecurity, data protection, or SaaS solutions.
  • Proven ability to lead technical sales cycles from discovery through technical close.
  • Experience designing and presenting complex technical solutions to enterprise customers.
  • Strong understanding of Kubernetes, containers, cloud-native applications, and modern infrastructure architectures.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with technical architects, engineers, operations teams, and executive stakeholders.
