Your Team's Impact:

Responsible for overseeing and administering employee compensation programs including short- and long-term incentives, job evaluations, salary increases, merit budget setting, salary surveys, executive compensation, international compensation, sales compensation, financial/tax treatment of compensation programs, equity administration, proxy disclosure and analysis.
Establishes a company’s pay structure, provides professional guidance, coordination, and support in the effective and consistent application of job classification and compensation administration policies and practices.  Administers and maintains various compensation-related data management systems, and coordinates and facilitates implementation of global compensation programs and initiatives.  Provides advice, training, and support to the global HR team, as appropriate, in the application of compensation management principles, guidelines, procedures, and best practices.

What you'll do:
  • 50% Develops and/or implements employee compensation programs for the Company to attract, retain and motivate employees. Develop, implement and maintain a global job architecture, including job codes, job families, job grades and ranges for each country or geographic region.
    Lead the job description creation process, procedures, and approvals, including adherence to international regulations and FLSA regulations for US-based positions.
    Works with HR Generalists to ensure accurate job descriptions for positions in organization. 
    Conducts job analysis to determine appropriate salary level according to compensation guidelines and policy.
  • 15% Determine best salary surveys to purchase/participate in for all applicable countries and participate in compensation surveys or studies for purposes of maintaining the company’s competitive position within the marketplace.
    Market price all jobs, using salary surveys and competitive market data. 
    Provide analysis of competitive compensation practices, develop auditing reports, determine the effectiveness of compensation practices and recommendations, and develop strategies to support organizational goals. Analyzes organizational pay practices and makes recommendations for salary changes to ensure equity.
  • 15% Participate with as a Total Rewards Team on global projects which are strategic in nature within the compensation space. This may range from something such as country specific market studies which have complex outcomes due to regulatory or cultural profiles and/or projects centering around enterprise-wide studies on philosophical compensation changes and the impact it would have on locations throughout the world.
    Partnering with the global HR community to provide subject matter expertise in all aspects of the compensation life cycle
    Research, analyze and prepare various data requests/presentations 
  • 15% Develop and maintain a global compensation planning (merit, bonus, and equity) process.
    Review proposed salary actions for consistency and internal equity.
    Manage the annual budgeting process related to compensation planning and forecasting.
  • 5% Assist in the process of preparing the annual proxy CD&A disclosure
    Administer quarterly off-cycle equity grant process
    Monitor monthly payroll reconciliation to Workday
    Other duties as assigned

Required Skills:

  • Master's Degree ,6+ years of compensation/total rewards experience in a global organization. 
  • Compensation analytics experience required.
  • CCP certification preferred
