Role Summary and Impact
We are looking for a highly motivated and analytically driven Media Manager to join our Digital Planning team. This role requires an individual with hands-on experience in digital media planning, campaign execution, and performance optimization across both biddable and non-biddable channels.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable managing end-to-end campaign lifecycles, working closely with internal specialist teams, media partners, and clients to deliver integrated digital solutions that drive business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Strategy & Planning
- Develop data-driven digital media plans aligned to client business and marketing objectives.
- Build audience-first strategies leveraging platform insights, consumer behavior, and market trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create integrated media recommendations across brand and performance objectives.
- Support annual, quarterly, and campaign-specific planning exercises.
Campaign Execution & Management
- Lead end-to-end campaign deployment across biddable and non-biddable media channels.
- Coordinate with activation teams to ensure timely campaign launches and seamless execution.
- Monitor campaign performance and drive ongoing optimizations to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ensure adherence to campaign KPIs, budgets, and timelines.
Performance & Analytics
- Analyze campaign performance and derive actionable insights.
- Prepare regular reports, dashboards, and post-campaign analyses.
- Leverage platform and first-party data to identify optimization opportunities.
- Work closely with analytics teams to evaluate campaign effectiveness and business impact.
Client & Stakeholder Management
- Serve as a day-to-day point of contact for client stakeholders.
- Present campaign strategies, performance updates, and recommendations confidently.
- Build strong relationships with media partners and platform teams.
- Collaborate effectively with internal planning, activation, analytics, and creative teams.
Desired Skills & Experience
- 3 - 4 years of experience in digital media planning and campaign management.
- Strong understanding of both biddable and non-biddable media ecosystems.
- Hands-on exposure to platforms such as Google Ads, DV360, Meta, YouTube, LinkedIn, Programmatic, and key publisher ecosystems.
- Experience in audience planning, media strategy, budget allocation, and campaign optimization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and campaign reporting tools.
- Exposure to measurement frameworks such as Brand Lift, Conversion Lift, Attribution, and Media Effectiveness studies is preferred.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
