- To achieve sales, order entry, account receivables & activity target on monthly, quarterly / yearly basis with an alignment to profitability and cost objectives for the assigned territory in consultation with the respective Regional Manager - Continually monitoring sales performance to ensure all customer orders are realised internally and delivered in line with customer expectations - Development of New customer accounts. Generate new leads by identifying opportunities, promoting the interests of the MTIN products. Takes initiative & proposes/plans/executes key activities viz. Seminars / Webinars / Mailing campaigns with RM/BM to maximize business opportunities. - Price Realization; Achieve minimum Price Realization target defined for the SBU for the year. - Cross Lead Target: Achieve cross leads target as defined for the year. - Handling dealer network to drive the sales & marketing activities - To provide demo with or without instrument (Virtual demo) to customers - Timely and complete data entry in CRM (Activities, opportunities, Leads, Won/Lost orders etc. - Has flair towards learning various Applications - Maintaining and updating customer information and leads management into CRM - To coordinate with service engineers to attend installations, routine maintenance and breakdowns. - To interact with customers, understand the needs and positioning of the products of the company as per his requirements/applications. - Building good customer relationship on long term basis.
