Role Description
Performance Marketing Creatives is the team responsible for efficiently crafting quality digital assets for a diverse global audience, driving incremental bookings and app installs in a data-driven, measurable way. The team supports App & Digital Growth Marketing across prospecting and remarketing, creating and scaling videos, statics, feeds and localised creative concepts across platforms, markets and languages. In simple terms, Performance Marketing Creatives turns growth strategy into high-performing creative work by combining testing, insights, automation and AI to deliver relevant ads at scale.
This is a hands-on role at the intersection of creative strategy, performance marketing, and GenAI‑powered production. You will turn data and insights into creative ideas, test them rapidly, and iterate based on performance.
You will work as part of a broader system that is building a high-velocity, creative engine, where creatives are continuously generated, tested, and optimised at scale. You will drive creative liquidity in a truly customer-centric way across digital channels.
Key Job Responsibilities and Duties

Turn insights into creative concepts

Translate performance data, user insights, and platform trends into clear, testable creative ideas
•
Write structured creative briefs and hypotheses (what to test + why)
•
Define hooks, messaging, and best formats for different audience
•
Execute and optimise creatives
• •
Collaborate with designers and marketers to bring creatives to life
•
Ensure assets meet channel requirements and quality standards
•
Continuously iterate based on performance signals
•
Work hands-on with GenAI tools
• •
Use GenAI tools to generate creative concepts, scripts, and variations
•
Use GenAI to speed up ideation, production, and testing of multiple creative directions
•
Experiment with new tools and workflows to improve output quality and speed
•
Support creative testing
•
Contribute to the cross-channel creative testing roadmap
•
Help analyse A/B tests across digital channels (e.g. Meta, TikTok)
•
Identify early signals of performance and recommend next steps
•
Learn from performance and scale what works
•
Analyse creative performance data to understand what works and why
•
Systematically document learnings and apply them to future creatives
•
Contribute to building a repeatable set of creative best practices
•
Help build the creative system

Tag and structure creatives to support better insights and reuse
•
Contribute to improving workflows for creative generation, testing, and scaling
•
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Creatives to improve internal tools

Qualifications & Skills
•
3-5 years experience in creative strategy, performance marketing, or a closely related field
•
Strong ability to translate data into creative ideas
•
Hands-on experience with social platforms
•
Experience using GenAI tools for ideation or production (prompting, iteration, experimentation)
•
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, test-and-learn environment
•
Strong collaboration skills across design, marketing, and product teams
Nice to Have
•
Experience working with high-volume creative production or localisation
•
Hands-on design capabilities
•
Familiarity with creative testing frameworks and performance metrics
•
Experience contributing to creative tooling or automation workflows
