Job description
The Senior Customer Service Specialist with French plays a critical role in supporting customer service operations by handling administrative tasks, processing orders, managing data, and ensuring the smooth functioning of back-office processes.
They contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the customer service department, enabling frontline staff to focus on delivering exceptional service to customers. Responds to inquiries via email or CRM to provide problem resolution in accordance with the Organization's service standards.

Your responsibilities
•
Verification of the accuracy of purchase invoices submitted to systems
•
Monitoring the timely submission of invoices to platforms
•
Checking the status of errors and resolving them in cooperation with other PPG departments
•
Ensuring the completeness of submitted documents
•
Participation in implementation of the process
Our requirements
•
Secondary education or higher and/or 2+ years of relevant experience
•
Fluency in French
•
Good knowledge of MS Office environment
•
Experience in SAP/Client Link and other ERP environments is a plus
•
Problem solving

Ability to take ownership of specific area of work
