About the role
Looking for a role that offers variety, visibility and exposure to one of Australia's largest retail media and e-commerce environments? As a Campaign Delivery Coordinator, you'll help bring supplier campaigns to life across Coles Online, working at the intersection of retail media, digital marketing and e-commerce.
You'll own the end-to-end delivery of Coles 360 online campaigns, partnering with suppliers, and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution. Joining a collaborative and supportive team, you'll build your expertise in digital media and campaign delivery while contributing to continuous improvement across the Coles Online experience.
What you'll do
You'll coordinate Coles Online supplier campaigns from briefing through to launch, ensuring content is delivered accurately, on time and in line with business requirements. Working closely with suppliers and internal stakeholders, you'll help create a seamless campaign experience while maintaining high standards of quality and governance.
You will also
- Manage timelines, priorities and dependencies to ensure smooth execution
- Publish and maintain campaign content across digital platforms and CMS environments
- Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure campaign accuracy, compliance and functionality
- Partner with suppliers and stakeholders to support successful campaign outcomes
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and ways of working.
About you and your skills
You're organised, detail-oriented and enjoy bringing multiple moving parts together to deliver great outcomes. You can manage competing priorities with confidence, build strong relationships and take ownership of your work from start to finish.
You'll also have
- Experience coordinating campaigns, digital content or operational workflows across multiple stakeholders
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience with CMS platforms, digital content or online campaign execution will be highly regarded.
