Are you ready to drive growth across a diverse mix of customers and make a real impact on our business?

Our Sales team in Prague is looking for a Key Account Manager to take ownership of a diverse customer base and accelerate sustainable growth across multiple channels.

This is a high-impact role with strong visibility, close collaboration with cross-functional teams and senior leadership, and the opportunity to influence commercial strategy and business performance.

Your role

You will be responsible for managing and developing a diverse portfolio of customers, ranging from e-commerce players to brick-and-mortar partners and FMCG accounts. You will shape commercial plans, identify growth opportunities, and build strong, long-term partnerships that deliver mutual success.

This role offers a unique combination of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, providing the opportunity to influence key business decisions and contribute directly to the company’s growth ambitions.

You will

  • · Own and develop the relationship with different customers (e-commerce, brick and mortar, FMCG)
  • · Define and execute a long-term account strategy aligned with business objectives
  • · Drive sales growth and improve account profitability
  • · Lead commercial negotiations, including contracts and trading conditions
  • · Work closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, supply chain, finance) to deliver results
  • · Use data, forecasting and KPIs to steer the business and identify opportunities
  • · Anticipate risks and proactively implement mitigation plans
  • · Understand customer strategy, market trends and competitive landscape
  • · Optimize portfolio mix to maximize performance
  • · Continuously improving ways of working and execution

What you bring

4+ years of experience in Key Account Management or a similar commercial role

Proven track record with e-commerce and/or brick and mortar customers

Strong strategic thinking and business planning skills

Ability to influence senior stakeholders

Excellent negotiation and communication skills

Customer-centric mindset with a solution-oriented approach

Strong collaboration skills across functions

Data-driven thinking and analytical capability

High level of ownership and accountability

Ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-impact environment

A proactive “make things happen” attitude
