Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager specializing in New Product Introduction (NPI). The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of experience in the NPI domain, preferably within the switching and networking industry. This leader will demonstrate proven expertise managing programs from early prototyping through pilot manufacturing, with solid exposure to hardware development fundamentals and manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

  • Lead complex NPI programs from concept through prototyping and into pilot manufacturing
  • Manage program end-to-end, wall-to-wall, ensuring all phases from initiation to closure are delivered successfully
  • Work extensively with cross-functional teams spread across geographies to ensure alignment and timely delivery
  • Collaborate with engineering, operations, and manufacturing teams to ensure milestones are achieved on schedule
  • Drive planning and execution of early hardware prototyping and transition to scalable manufacturing
  • Manage program risk, develop mitigation plans, and communicate status to stakeholders
  • Ensure robust design transfer processes and readiness for manufacturing
  • Maintain detailed documentation and program tracking tools
  • Champion continuous improvement in program management practices

Required Qualifications

  • More than 15 years of program management experience in the NPI space, preferably in switching and networking domains
  • Demonstrated proficiency in managing programs end-to-end, wall-to-wall, across all project phases
  • Proven experience working with teams distributed across different global geographies
  • Excellent track record of leading programs from prototyping through pilot manufacturing
  • Strong understanding of hardware design, development processes, and manufacturing fundamentals
  • Proficiency in project management tools, methodologies, and communication
  • Collaborative mindset with strong organizational, analytical, and leadership skills
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or a related field
