About the Role:

Netradyne is seeking a highly skilled and experienced dedicated Enterprise IT Automation Engineer to join our dynamic team in Bangalore. This role is critical and serve as the centralised enabler of generative-AI adoption across the enterprise. As a Enterprise IT Automation Engineer, you will turn fragmented, team-by-team AI experimentation into reusable, secure, and scalable capabilities that every function — Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, Engineering, HR, Admin, Legal, and Finance.

This is a hands-on, build-first role for an engineer who can solution Agentic AI workflows and agents, integrate them into day-to-day operations, and partner with business leaders to ideate, prototype, and scale high-impact use cases. You will operate as a horizontal force-multiplier across the organisation initiatives and embedding responsible AI into how Netradyne works.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, and maintain reusable Agentic AI Agents, workflows, MCP connectors, and assistants for business and support functions, prioritising templates that scale beyond a single team.
  • Integrate MCP Connectors with Gen AI platforms such as Microsoft Copilot, Open AI, Claude, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, into existing Enterprise IT & business systems.
  • Automate business workflows and cross-functional processes, and continuously optimise systems for performance, cost-efficiency, reliability, and scalability.
  • Apply solid software-engineering practices (version control, testing, observability) to AI solutions so they are maintainable, monitored, and production-grade.
  • Partner with function teams to ideate, prototype, and scale AI use cases from concept to production, embedding into their workflows rather than handing off in isolation.
  • Collaborate across Sales, Marketing, CS, Product, Engineering, HR, Admin, Legal, and Finance to identify high-value automation and Gen AI opportunities aligned to organisational goals.
  • Ensure ethical and secure AI deployment in line with Netradyne's Responsible AI principles, data-protection obligations (including GDPR), and InfoSec policies.
  • Support governance of Gen AI tool budgets and purchases org-wide, including visibility into shadow-AI spend and usage-based billing models.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and enhance the performance of deployed automation tools and AI systems, ensuring scalability and reliability in production.
  • Stay current with advances in Gen AI, agentic frameworks, and IT automation, and translate them into actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, AI, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in an IT engineering with at least 5+ years of experience in IT automation, AI tools solution and implementation
  • Hands-on experience designing and shipping Gen AI solutions using tools such as OpenAI, Microsoft Copilot, Claude, Cursor, Github Co-pilot & Others.
  • Proficiency in a programming language such as Python, Java, or similar, with the ability to build and integrate APIs and workflows.
  • Working knowledge of AI / ML frameworks, prompt engineering, RAG patterns, and agentic / workflow automation (e.g., n8n, Zapier).
  • Strong understanding of enterprise IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and cloud technologies (Azure, AWS, and / or Google Workspace).
  • Experience with Microsoft productivity and platform tooling: O365, SharePoint, and the Microsoft 365 / Power Platform ecosystem.
  • Demonstrated ability to integrate AI solutions with existing IT systems, with a focus on scalability, security, and reliability.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Experience deploying Gen AI in a high-speed, AI-driven organisation, with a focus on innovation and scale.
  • Familiarity with IT security frameworks and identity tooling (LDAP, Entra ID, SSO / IdP, VPNs).
  • Exposure to SOC automation, AI-driven ITSM, and / or InfoSec response automation.
  • Understanding of SaaS / Gen AI cost governance, usage-based billing, and license management.
  • Experience mentoring engineers and leading cross-functional technical initiatives.
