The Challenge:
We are seeking a sales expert and dynamic individual to join our team as the Outbound/CSAM Sales Manager for Adobe Business Direct, responsible for the APAC region. The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of sales experience, preferably in a B2B environment, with a proven track record of success in achieving and exceeding sales targets. As the Sales Manager, you will lead and develop a team of Outbound/CSAM professionals, driving performance and ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer success and satisfaction.
Responsibilities Include:
- Managing and mentoring a team of Outbound/CSAM representatives to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
- Developing and implementing strategic plans to expand Adobe Business Direct's presence in the APAC market.
- Building positive relationships with key clients and partners, understanding their business needs, and providing tailored solutions to drive value.
- Collaborating cross-functionally with internal teams such as Marketing, Product Development, and Customer Support to optimize customer experience and drive business growth.
- Supervising sales performance metrics, analyzing data, and providing regular reports and insights to senior management.
- Continuously evaluating and improving sales processes, tools, and techniques to improve team efficiency and effectiveness.
- Providing leadership, mentorship, and support to team members, encouraging a positive and collaborative work environment.
What you’ll need to be successful:
- Bachelor's degree.
- 5+ years of progressive sales experience, with a focus on B2B sales.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with vendors or partners in a sales capacity is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to empower and encourage others.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Strategic problem solver with the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
- Results-driven approach with a passion for driving business growth and customer success.
