Group Director – Software Development

As a Director of Software Development, you are responsible for establishing and leading scalable engineering organizations that design, build, and evolve critical software systems driving key business and customer experience areas. In this role, you will be a leader of leaders, accountable for defining engineering strategy, organizational structure, and the long-term technology roadmap in alignment with business goals. You will represent the VP in external and internal executive meetings, be highly strategic, yet very much in detail and will remain strategically focused while staying hands-on. You will be expected to confidently lead through ambiguity, inspire high performance, and align your teams with the organization’s mission and long-term strategy.
