Manager IT – ED&A (R237176) 

Delivery Manager- ENTERPRISE DATA & ANALYTICS 

Key responsibilities: 

  • Integrating data between diverse enterprise systems such as ERP, Order Management, and operational platforms into a centralized Google Cloud-based data warehouse. 

  • Building and optimizing the data warehouse platform to support enterprise-wide self-service analytics in Finance and Supply Chain domains. 

  • Building robust ETL/ELT pipelines that automate data ingestion, transformation, and delivery using modern Oracle frameworks. 

  • Delivering curated, business-ready datasets to support self-service analytics and strategic decision-making. 

  • Enforcing data quality, testing, and governance standards across the data ecosystem. 

  • Leveraging orchestration tools like Oracle AIDP/ Data Transform/ OIC. 

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams including data analysts, product owners, and BI developers to align solutions with business objectives. 

 

What Your Impact Will Be: 

  • Lead and manage the data engineering team to deliver high-quality data solutions. 

  • Own project portfolios, budgets, and delivery roadmaps—optimizing resource allocation, timelines, and risk mitigation across concurrent initiatives 

  • Partner with Enterprise Architecture to define global data strategy, standards, and reference architectures (data models, pipelines, metadata, data catalogues, quality) for the projects. 

  • Ensure the successful execution of large-scale data engineering projects, meeting deadlines and budget requirements. 

  • Manage data migration and transformation efforts as part of platform modernization and simplification and business transformation programs. 

  • Oversee development of analytics capabilities, dashboards, self-serve reporting, and AI/ML-enabled data products that drive business outcomes. 

  • Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, fostering their professional growth and development. 

  • Present data architecture, roadmap, plans, status, and risk to various stakeholders including leadership management. 

  • Stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies in data engineering and apply them to improve our data infrastructure. 

  • Innovation: Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies, evaluating their potential impact on the data platform and recommending adoption where appropriate. 

  • SupportAI: Support the implementation of AI-powered data and analytics solutions through cutting edge tool stack availability and data democratization to enable advanced insights 

  • Partner with data governance and quality teams to ensure consistent implementation of lineage, metadata, and quality standards. 

  • Work closely with the ED&A Sr. Manager or Tower lead. 

 

What We’re Looking For: 

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field. 

  • 12+ years of experience with Oracle data platforms and cloud services (e.g., OCP / GCP) and big data technologies 

  • 5+ years leading complex data integration or analytics solution delivery in a OIC environment. 

  • Proven leadership in building and managing high-performing, distributed project teams across multiple regions. 

  • Strong proficiency in data warehousing, ETL/ELT, data integration, and analytics tools. 

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills at all organizational levels. 

  • Industry experience in Retail, Media, or Consumer Products is preferred. 

  • Working knowledge of AI/ML, LLMs, or agentic AI system design is a plus.
