Job description

Operational

  1. Develop product roadmap strategy through market research, customer and industry insights, competition benchmarking and Region guidance.
  2. Execute product roadmap strategy -through collaboration with R&D, Technical, Operations, Marketing, and Sales.
  3. Lead forecast accuracy target achievement -through collaboration with Sales, Operations, Procurement and other involved teams
  4. Manage assigned Leads from qualification to endorsement to Sales.
  5. Create product content and literature (printed and digital tools and assets) for Sales and Marketing purposes -through collaboration with Creatives.
  6. Train and develop Sales and Marketing personnel’s product knowledge, so they become extension of TM on the field.

Financial

  1. Achieve TM’s target sales and material margin
  2. Manage inventory and write-offs

Administrative

  1. Support cyclical price setting actions
  2. Manage product permits, tests and certificates, data sheets, packaging, and other related documentations.
  3. Manage Product Creation Process (PCP) -ensuring SIP, PDS2PIM, SAP, and other related tools are updated.
  4. Provide technical support for customers and Sika internal teams.
  5. Perform other product-related functions as may be assigned.
  6. Comply with Sika work policies and procedures.

Education

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or any business-related field.

Work Experience

  1. Minimum 3 years experience in product and/or marketing management, preferably in any of the following sectors: construction materials, chemicals, building components, mechanical or electrical devices/equipment.
  2. Proven track record of developing and launching new products and/or services to market.
  3. Experience in sales and/or multinational organization is an advantage

Skills

  1. Researching skills, data-driven analyzing capabilities, and product roadmap strategy ideation.
  2. Skilled in product lifecycle management (from launch to termination), product content and literature creation, pricing, demand forecasting and leads qualification.
  3. Working knowledge of P&L Management and route-to-markets (Projects and Retail).
  4. Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
  5. Proficient in product marketing IT tools (i.e. SAP, Salesforce, Product DMS, others).
