If you are looking for a place where you can learn, grow, and make a real impact from day one — this role is for you. 🚀 Your Role As a P2P Intercompany Junior Specialist, you will: Process intercompany invoices timely and accurately in line with SLA Support key KPIs such as Paid on Time, Autoposting, and Touchless processing Monitor and reduce invoice backlog Investigate and resolve invoice-related issues Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth P2P operations Participate in month-end closing activities, including netting Ensure compliance with internal policies and accounting standards Identify opportunities for process improvements and simplification About You We believe you’ll be a great fit if you: Have some experience in Accounts Payable / P2P / Intercompany (nice to have) Understand basic accounting principles and invoice processes Are comfortable working with KPIs and targets Pay strong attention to detail and accuracy Have good organizational and time management skills Enjoy working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Communicate effectively and enjoy collaborating with others Have experience with ERP systems (e.g. SAP) – a plus Speak English at min.
