Overview Join our Strategic Bid Management Team and help bring our client materials to life through clear, well-structured design. This role sits within our Specialty Bid Management Team, supporting day-to-day design work across bid documents, presentations and client-facing materials. You’ll focus on turning content into professional, easy-to-read layouts, helping teams communicate their ideas clearly and consistently. It’s a role where you’ll build your skills through hands-on work, supported by colleagues who share knowledge and feedback openly. How you'll make an impact In this role, you’ll support the delivery of client documents and presentations by applying clear, consistent design. You’ll work with existing content and turn it into structured, visually engaging materials that are aligned to brand standards. You’ll create graphics, diagrams and simple visual elements that help explain key messages, supporting teams as they prepare proposals and presentations. Working alongside Specialty colleagues and designers, you’ll manage updates and feedback, helping ensure deadlines are met and materials stay consistent throughout. You’ll also help maintain templates and reusable assets, making sure the right versions are used and everything follows agreed standards. By checking work before it’s shared, you’ll play an important part in making sure outputs are accurate, clear and ready for clients. Format bid documents and presentations using approved templates Create simple graphics, charts and diagrams to support key messages Support presentation materials and service delivery documents Maintain templates and manage version control Carry out quality checks for consistency and brand alignment Work with colleagues to manage updates and meet deadlines About You You’ve created documents, presentations or visual materials such as charts and infographics in a professional setting You organise files clearly so others can find and use the latest versions You follow brand guidelines and apply consistent formatting across documents You manage multiple tasks and adjust your work to meet deadlines You use tools such as Adobe InDesign, Illustrator or Photoshop, along with Word and PowerPoint You work with others to gather feedback and update materials accordingly You explain your work clearly and ask questions when something is unclear You check your work carefully before sharing it to ensure accuracy and consistency Compensation and benefits On top of a competitive salary, great teams and exciting career opportunities, we also offer a wide range of benefits.
