- Support general website management operations using collaboration tools like Outlook, Sharepoint, Teams, and Jira
- Collaborate closely with your direct team as well as the broader marketing and sales teams to implement both written and visual content on the website
- Assist editors and guide them on how to optimise content with a keen eye for detail, visual appeal, and functional purpose of web pages
- Proofread publication requests for quality assurance before content goes live.
- Meaningfully contribute to the implementation of Frankfurt School's AI visibility strategy and website optimisations
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent), preferrably in the fields of Literature, Marketing, Communications, PR, Digital Media, Journalism, or English/German studies. Candidates from technical fields are welcome to apply if they also bring direct experience with content writing
- Excellent English skills (C1 level); additional German fluency is a plus
- Direct experience working with websites and/or digital marketing tools
- Awareness of search engine optimisation (SEO) and its trend towards AI-driven search & discovery
- Familiarity with concepts such as LLMs, GEO (Generative Engine Optimisation), or AEO (Answer Engine Optimisation)
- Professionalism, proactive work ethic, and reliability with completing tasks.
- Growth mindset and willingness to learn and collaborate in a diverse team
- Creative and critical thinker who recognises the value of self-produced content, as well as the need to carefully review AI-generated content for signs of plagarism, copyright infringement, and false information
