QPC Head, BRW

QPC Head, BRW will be responsible for ensuring end-to-end quality control of shaped refractory products, including raw material evaluation, process monitoring, defect reduction, and final product approval. The role develops quality plans, defines CTQs, ensures ISO/IMS compliance, and drives standardization across manufacturing. It also manages supplier quality, supports new material and product development, handles customer complaints, leads root cause analysis, and mentors QA/QC teams to ensure consistent product performance and continuous improvement.
