Jr. Facilities Engineer

Maintenance & Operations: Assist in developing and implementing preventive maintenance schedules for building systems, with a primary focus on electrical (HVAC, power distribution, lighting, etc.). Electrical Technical Support: Troubleshoot and resolve facility-related electrical issues. Conduct inspections of electrical panels, circuits, and associated MEP components. Vendor & Contractor Management: Supervise and coordinate with external contractors and service providers to ensure quality work and adherence to contractual standards. Compliance & Safety: Ensure all facilities comply with local building codes and safety regulations. Conduct regular risk assessments and inspections. Reporting & Analysis: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities. Assist in the preparation of reports related to facility performance and energy consumption. Client Relations: Communicate effectively with clients and other team members regarding maintenance status
