Warehouse Training Manager

Pay Rate: £34,000-£38,000 Grade: M Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time) Shift patterns: Monday- Friday Days Location: Derby - DE21 7HW

We're now seeking an experienced Training Manager to play a pivotal role in driving this next chapter of our journey.

✅ A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE

• Create, maintain and continuously improve local training materials in partnership with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to ensure training content remains accurate, relevant and aligned to operational requirements

• Develop and implement training interventions to address performance gaps and support individual and team development

• Work closely with operational leadership teams to align training programmes with Standard Work Confirmations, ensuring consistency, compliance and operational standardisation

• Drive a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance training effectiveness , employee capability and operational performance

• Coordinate and deliver comprehensive induction and onboarding programmes for all new starters, including follow-up support and training reviews

✅ THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO

• Excellent MS package experience, in particular Excel including V look ups, X look ups & formulas

• Previous experience creating and implementing training processes and matrices
• Great communication skills, credible and confident presenter & facilitator
• Experience in stakeholder communication and management
