Salesforce Developer / OCE Consultant We are seeking a highly motivated Salesforce professional with 4-6 years of experience in Salesforce development, configuration, and customization. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise in Salesforce platform capabilities and be able to contribute effectively to application enhancements, configurations, and support activities within the OCE (Omnichannel Engagement) ecosystem. Key Responsibilities Configure and customize Salesforce applications to meet business requirements. Develop and maintain Apex Classes, Triggers, Visualforce components, and Lightning Web Components (LWC). Design and implement scalable solutions following Salesforce best practices. Support application enhancements, defect fixes, and production support activities. Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements. Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, and release management activities. Troubleshoot and resolve issues within Salesforce and OCE-related applications. Required Skills 4-6 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce development and administration. Strong expertise in: Apex Classes and Triggers Lightning Web Components (LWC) Salesforce Configuration (Flows, Validation Rules, Security, Profiles, Permission Sets) SOQL/SOSL Salesforce Data Model and Integration concepts Experience with Salesforce deployment and release management processes. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills. Preferred Skills Experience working with Veeva CRM or OCE (Omnichannel Engagement) applications. Understanding of life sciences/pharmaceutical commercial systems. Knowledge of Salesforce integrations and APIs. Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
