As a Senior Analyst within the Executive Compensation Function, you will support a broad range of reporting, modelling, and analytics activities related to Managing Director and Partner (MDP) compensation and equity programs across more than 50 countries. You will develop expertise in BCG's global framework for MDP incentives while working with large, multi-currency datasets and intelligent tools that improve the speed, accuracy, and quality of analysis.
In this role, you will contribute to meaningful financial insights that support senior decision-making and help maintain the integrity of global compensation and equity processes. You will collaborate closely with PSG and Finance teams worldwide, balancing analytical rigor with practical problem-solving in a dynamic and highly collaborative environment.
- Build and maintain financial models analyzing compensation and equity data across complex global datasets

- Generate and track MDP financial estimates on accrued and cash bases across multiple geographies and currencies
- Support MDP lifecycle events including transfers, external hires, and departures within compensation models
- Produce clear reports and visualizations that translate complex financial data into actionable insights
- Validate scenario projections and identify sensitivities requiring senior review and escalation
- Maintain accurate, audit-ready documentation across multiple overlapping workstreams
- Drive process improvements through automation, workflow enhancements, and AI-powered analytics solutions
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, or related field
- 4+ years of experience in financial analysis or data analytics roles
- Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, arrays, and nested functions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel and PowerPoint
- Understanding of finance and economics principles
- Strong organizational and project-management capabilities
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion
- Experience working independently across multiple priorities and deadlines
- Familiarity with Tableau, Power BI, or Alteryx is a plus
- Interest in automation and AI-enabled workflow improvements
Who You'll Work With
You will be part of the Executive Compensation function, which brings together finance and HR capabilities to support BCG’s Managing Directors and Partners globally. PSG operates within the Global Services organization, alongside teams including Finance, Legal, HR, IT, and Risk.
You will work closely with the Compensation Operations team, as well as Equity Operations and other sub-functions. The team spans multiple regions and collaborates across functions to deliver consistent, high-quality support to BCG’s global partnership.
