How you make an impact.

You wow our customers through email, chat, phone and social media interactions
•
You assist customers with questions regarding orders, deliveries, returns and product-related inquiries
•
You help customers find the right solutions and ensure every interaction is smooth and effortless
•
You create outstanding customer experiences through empathy, active listening and clear communication
•
You take ownership of customer requests and follow through until a suitable solution is found
•
You identify recurring customer feedback and proactively share insights to improve processes and customer experience
•
You strive for excellence by maintaining high customer satisfaction, quality and productivity standards
•
You contribute directly to customer loyalty and retention through exceptional service
What we value in you.
•
You speak native-level French and have a sufficient level of English to collaborate within our international team
•
You are available full-time (39 hours per week)
•
You have previous experience in customer service, customer support or a customer-facing role
•
You have an affinity with e-commerce, automotive products or technical products (a plus, not a requirement)
•
You are an excellent communicator who combines empathy with a solution-oriented mindset
•
You enjoy helping customers and solving problems
•
You are comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
•
You have strong digital skills and are familiar with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office and CRM systems
•
You are proactive, organized and eager to learn
•
