How you make an impact.

You wow our customers through email, chat, phone and social media interactions

You provide guidance and support regarding products, orders, subscriptions and customer inquiries

You create meaningful customer experiences through empathy, active listening and personalized support

You help customers find the right solutions to support their individual goals and lifestyle

You identify recurring customer feedback and proactively share insights with internal teams to improve processes, products and customer experience

You thrive for sky-high performance while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction, quality and productivity scores

You contribute directly to customer loyalty and retention by building trust with every interaction

You are interested in working with AI/Automation to make your work more efficient and increase customer satisfaction

You speak native-level Italian and have a sufficient level of English to collaborate within our international team

You are available full-time (39 hours per week)

You have an affinity with nutrition, healthy lifestyles, wellness or consumer brands

You are passionate about helping people and creating positive customer experiences

You are an excellent communicator who naturally combines empathy with problem-solving skills

You enjoy building long-term customer relationships and supporting customers throughout their journey

You are comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

You have strong digital skills and are familiar with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office and CRM systems

You are proactive, solution-oriented and bring positive energy to the team
