Job description
This is a people-first leadership role where you will lead, coach and uplift the performance of a team of Customer Service Officers in a fast-paced contact centre environment. With a strong focus on team engagement, capability development and performance improvement, you’ll play a key role in delivering service excellence, meeting SLAs, and ensuring high-quality outcomes for members and clients. You’ll work closely with leadership peers and stakeholders to drive continuous improvement initiatives, strengthen team capability, and embed a high-performance culture aligned to organisational strategy.
