You monitor deadlines, maintain contact with customers and carriers, and quickly resolve any challenges that arise during transport. - Organising and coordinating national and international road transport shipments on a daily basis. - Maintaining contact with customers, carriers, and internal departments to ensure every shipment stays on schedule. - Comparing rates and negotiating with transport providers to create efficient transport solutions. - Taking immediate action in the event of delays or disruptions and keeping all stakeholders informed. - Handling transport administration and checking transport documentation.
