An exciting opportunity has become available following the promotion of our current Venue Manager into an Area Manager position - a true reflection of the career pathways available within our business. About the Venue

The Regatta Hotel is a large-scale, multi-faceted operation featuring premium food and beverage offerings, high-volume bars, restaurant operations, café trade, functions and events, and late-night entertainment. As one of Brisbane's most iconic hospitality destinations, the venue offers an exciting and rewarding challenge for an experienced hospitality leader.

About You

We're seeking a high volume, Multi-faceted, experienced Venue Manager or General Manager with a proven track record leading large-scale hospitality operations.

You will bring:

• Experience leading high-volume, multi-outlet venues.
• Strong food and beverage expertise.
• Exposure to restaurant, and late-night trading environments.
• Functions and events experience.
• Exceptional leadership and people development capability.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen.
• The ability to drive performance, culture and accountability across large teams.
• A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Experience across multiple venues or complex multi-outlet operations will be highly regarded.

Brisbane-based candidates are preferred; however, outstanding interstate candidates looking to relocate will also be considered.
