To advise and facilitate the Construction Manager and Project Lead in the planning, managing, tracking, and execution of the overall project management and implementation of projects in accordance with the standard technical and regulatory requirements as well as the quality of works to meet departmental objectives and goals in line with the approved Based Action Plan and approved budget.
