Job description

We are looking for a proactive Project Manager who can successfully lead software projects while maintaining a strong understanding of business goals and product direction.

This role goes beyond traditional project coordination. You will work directly with clients, developers, designers, and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered successfully, priorities remain aligned with business objectives, and communication stays clear and transparent throughout the entire lifecycle.

We also highly value Project Managers who enjoy participating in presales activities alongside senior developers, helping scope opportunities, understand client needs, identify risks, and contribute to solution discussions before projects begin.

Tasks Project Delivery

  • Manage software development projects from discovery through delivery
  • Define project goals, scope, timelines, and priorities
  • Maintain project plans, roadmaps, budgets, and delivery schedules
  • Monitor project progress and proactively identify risks and blockers
  • Ensure transparency through regular client communication and reporting
  • Coordinate activities between clients, developers, designers, and other stakeholders
  • Facilitate decision-making and keep projects moving forward

Product-Oriented Collaboration

  • Help clients refine ideas and align development efforts with business goals
  • Support backlog prioritization and scope management
  • Ensure delivered features contribute meaningful value to the product
  • Drive iterative delivery and regular releases
  • Identify opportunities to improve outcomes while maintaining a Lean approach to scope and budget

Agile Leadership

  • Apply Agile principles pragmatically based on the needs of the client, project, and team
  • Facilitate relevant Agile ceremonies when they
