BreakThrough Physical Therapy, a partner of Confluent Health, is hiring a Pelvic Health Physical Therapist (PT/DPT) to join our growing outpatient team in Morehead City, NC. Whether you're an experienced pelvic health clinician or an orthopedic PT ready to specialize, you'll get the mentorship, training, and support to build a rewarding pelvic health career here.
You'll help patients with pelvic pain, urinary and bowel dysfunction, pregnancy and postpartum conditions, diastasis recti, and pelvic floor weakness regain confidence, function, and independence - work that changes lives, day in and day out.

What You'll Do
- Perform comprehensive evaluations and build individualized pelvic health treatment plans
- Treat pelvic pain, urinary incontinence, bowel dysfunction, pregnancy/postpartum conditions, pelvic floor dysfunction, and related orthopedic issues
- Use manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and neuromuscular re-education to maximize outcomes
- Track progress with objective outcome measures and adjust care plans accordingly
- Collaborate with OB/GYN providers, urogynecologists, and other physicians for coordinated care
- Help patients return confidently to work, exercise, motherhood, and daily life
- Build lasting relationships within the community you serve

- Licensed Physical Therapist (or license-eligible in NC)
